Conquer Insomnia & Ditch the Sleep Aids
This special Zoom event for conquering insomnia will present helpful facts and pointers about sleep and details about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, an approach shown to improve sleep in 85-95% of participants. This group contains the basics of the CBT-I approach and an associated sleep log and thought-tracking worksheet/spreadsheet for your personal use. In addition, you will receive pointers about common sleep challenges for overachievers.
